We are very excited to announce that Cat Town Cafe in Oakland is now one of our Wings For Whiskers transfer program partners!
Not only is the Cat Town Cafe the 1st Cat Cafe in the U.S., but it is the only non-profit Cat Cafe in the country. Guests enter through the Cafe and check-in to visit the Cat Zone at the register. The Cat Zone is a space where there are typically 8 – 24 free roaming cats, all available for adoption. Wouldn’t it be great to have a Cat Town Cafe like this in Kauai?!
Cat Town Cafe joins our wonderful group of transfer partners: Kitsap Humane in the Seattle area; the Helen Woodward Animal Center in the San Diego area; and West Columbia Gorge Humane near Portland. Big mahalos to you all!!
